Trump's appeal

Biden and the Democrats have made things much worse by importing illegal aliens to compete with low-income American citizens.
Do you know (personally) of ANY US citizens that can't find a job, because they have to compete with the illegals for that job.

I do NOT.

Are you still mad about that little election thingy you guys and girls lost awhile ago? :laughing0301:
Well in fairness, you cried for 4 solid years about that little election thingy, you even had to create a FAKE crisis and scream Stollen (sic) election, and LOSE every court case.
Pretty Sad.

If you search my posting history you will see that I've only used the word "Stollen" in two threads:

Holiday tradition foods

But I digress. Of course the 2020 election was Stolen. The Hunter Biden laptop was real. "10% for the Big Guy was actually a thing."

But by the time Mr Trump is through with his second third term, you Democrats will have a pretty hard time ever pulling that shit off again.

Use whatever brain cells you have. You think 10 million ilelgals stream in, undercut wages of Americans, and no Americans lost jobs?

I side with American citizens. You side against American citizens, since that is what liberals do.

It’s also why you lost the election.

Republican judges determined that the 2020 election was not stolen.

Republican judges determined that the 2020 election was not stolen.

That's ok. Trump has determined that those 2020 "Republican" judges will be working for McDonald's by 2028.

and LOSE every court case.

Hey Blimpy--- for your edification, he WON both cases, the only two cases where the judge actually looked at the evidence. The other cases were thrown out without consideration, based on technicalities.

When a judge throws out a case because of the time of filing and refuses to consider it, that is not "losing" a case.

Facts are hard for Winky to chew on, what with all that pablum his media spoon feeds him.

Trump is an aspiring dictator who wants to fire anyone who opposes him. He would probably like to put some of them in prison.

There are a lot of bitter people here, I’m one of them’: rust belt voters on why they backed Trump again despite his broken promises

The last time Donald Trump was president, he travelled to Youngstown, Ohio, among the most depressed of America’s rust belt cities, and promised voters the impossible.
.....
The high-paying steel, railroad and car industry jobs that once made Youngstown a hard-living, hard-drinking blue-collar boom town were coming back, he said. “Don’t move. Don’t sell your house,” he crowed to a rapturous crowd in 2017. “We’re going to fill up those factories – or rip ”em down and build brand new ones”.

That, too, did not happen. People moved away, marriages broke down, depression soared and, locals say, a handful of people took their own lives.

None of that happened. Indeed, within 18 months, General Motors (GM) announced that it was suspending operations at its one remaining manufacturing plant outside Youngstown, throwing 5,000 jobs into jeopardy in a community with little else to cling to. Trump’s reaction was to say the closure didn’t matter, because the jobs would be replaced “in, like, two minutes”.

Trump's lying promises won't pay their bills.

I'm not trying to convince you to support Trump's policies. You probably could admit that you are not open to that, at all. No matter what.

The point I am making is that to us in the Rustt Belt, we see Trump making a good faith effort to serve our interests,

while the rest of the choices, not only are NOT doing that, but seem to be, mostly actively hostile to us as PEOPLE, let alone our interests on policy.

I mean, you have spoken of these people terms of contempt, and that seems to be a function of modern liberalism. So, you can see the political impilications of a political class openly being hostile to a whole voting bloc, right?

Why do you feel a need to put a negative spin on a conflict of interests? Would it not be better for the nation and you personally, if you could respect the fact that these people want to keep their jobs and their lifestyles that they have, or even see them advance and they thus support the guy who is on their side, and not against them?

When I used to have this same argument with Free Trade republicans, I never got the feeling that they thought shit about the workers that wanted to keeep their jobs. Because they never talked about them in the terms that you have.

I like his policies - shrink the bloated government, stop the invasion of illegals, put more requirements on welfare, and have the strength necessarily to curtail enemies from starting wars, among other things.

And as far as “character,” Biden was a corrupt individual turning his family into multimillionaires by taking bribes and layoffs from communists,
The Dem idiots can't beat Trump's policies, they are wildly popular with the American people. All Dems have is Trump is a big meany and then they foam at the mouth with TDS.

I do NOT.
Only millions of Americans on welfare, food stamps, and Medicaid.

That lib is too stupid to understand your point, so I’ll expand:

Because the libs have imported millions of unskilled illegals to take up lower level jobs, Americans with little education can stay on welfare.

Trump expresses sympathy for you people. What has he done for you? Has he fulfilled his promises? Has he brought back factory jobs? Talk is cheap.

You hit upon a good point: Democrats make no secret of their contempt for lower-income, working class people. (Biden couldn’t even make it to East Palestine after the toxic train wreck, because…..eh…..bunch of white rednecks.)

And, the Democrats are so arrogant, and think so little of people in this SES, that they don’t even credit them with realizing how much they’re looked down upon.

Plenty of his policies are crafted to serve our interests and I fully expect the economic numbers to show some movement in short order.

Such as polices to reduce the labor pool, or to make imports more expensive.

That compares very nicely to your postion, the other side, which is that there is nothing to be done for us.
