Trump will announce end of birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants, officials say

But children of rape are innocent. They've done nothing to be put to death through abortion. Do words mean nothing in Marxist land?
pregnancy.webp

Are people in this country say from Greece, not subject to our laws?

subject to our laws, but under the jurisdiction of their home countries still, especially if they are here illegally.

They are allowed here legally by treaty, following specific rules and regulations. If they don't come here legally, those treaties don't apply.

Means under your jurisdiction. Next you'll tell the forum America is not a democracy.

That remains to be determined.

It's a Constitutional Republic.

Do you vote yourself on every single law and issue?

How so?

If they get caught speeding, do we have to check Greek laws?

Subject to and under the jurisdiction of are probably two different things, and the SC will have to hopefully answer that.

Arrested Greek citizens have the right to see someone from their embassy, thus they still fall under the jurisdiction of Greece.

Now, you just making shit up.

No, I'm discussing what should be a very interesting question that hopefully heads to the SC very quickly.

I'm 50/50 on if the line of logic I presented would work, or we need an amendment to sort it out.

One more reason for a Constitutional Convention of the States. Add it to firming up the 1st and 2nd amendments, removing Morris V Board of Estimates from screwing over State Legislature Upper Houses being based on Counties or Regions, Term limits for the House and Senate, and maybe even sending Senators back to the State legislatures.

There is no way to limit a Convention. Once convened they can approve any amendment to the states. So watch what you ask for.

Restrictions on 2nd amendment,
National right to abortion,
Repealing the EC and going to a popular vote

They will be on the table.

Note like your items, all would still have to clear the required number of states.

And my items have a better chance of passing than the above ones do.

On a State by State basis, more lean right than left and more support my items than yours.
