trump was unaware that his BBB cut Medicaid

Big screens TV cost $400 in Canada. I have three smart TV's in my apartment - a 32" inch in my sewing room $150; a 42" in the bedroom; and a 60" and I paid less than $1000 for the three of them. And if you're not living in air conditioning in this day and age, you're in danger of dying from the heat.

MAGA morons all go on about big screen TV's and A/C like they are luxuries. 80% of adults receiving food stamps have at least one full time job. As opposed to 60% of the top 10%

Most people on the planet exist and have always existed without AC.

It requires a lot of documentation and if the government doesn’t like what they see, then they don’t get disability. Often requiring multiple rounds of attempts.
Ok, so you want to streamline the process…is that right?

I don’t have any clue how to fix disability. Lots of people that are on it shouldn’t be, lots of people that aren’t on it should be.

But no one gives a shit because deep down we all look down on anything to do with disability.

But, you want easier access…

Maybe ignorant lefties are intentionally ignorant about the difference between Medicaid and Medicare. Medicare is about protecting senior citizens who have paid into the program for their working lives to get help for health care. Medicaid is....what the hell is it....the ability of obese people to sit on their fat asses and collect enough to continue to kill themselves with food or meth addicts rely on the government without having to work for a living? Nobody in their right minds except TDS lefties wants that.
CHECK around, this may be truth. some where between 30 & 40 present are CHILDERN. AND THE ELDERLY

Good question.
So, you don’t know, but you're sure we need easier access…?

You agree that there’s people on it now that don’t deserve to be, what do you suppose would happen if access were easier?

This one’s more nuanced than it looks. You're right—undocumented immigrants can't get full Medicaid legally. But emergency Medicaid is allowed by federal law, and a few states also provide Medicaid-style coverage for kids or pregnant women using their own funds.

There’s also the issue of fraud or bureaucratic abuse, which can slip through the cracks but isn’t legally permitted. So yeah—illegals don’t qualify on paper, but it’s not a clean “never happens” either.
Thanks, good post,
Some who should not get any help do.
Some get help that we wish they would try to help them self's more
There is ALWAYS some waste & fraud.
And last but not least CHILDERN the ELDERLY & MENTELY ILL, physically blind deaf or crippled. is who this bill hurts!
Waste our tax dollars picking other better places to demonize.

If Trump or his administration doesn't sue the media, it's likely that the media did not lie. 👇 :)

👉 One Big Beautiful Bill Act( OBBBA )does help the wealthy with many things.

Why?

• Multiple analyses, including a Yale Budget Lab report and others, show that the bill primarily benefits the wealthy, especially the top 20% of income earners (those making over roughly $120,000). The bill is projected to increase their income by about 2.2%, or roughly $5,700 annually on average*1*.

• The bill includes substantial tax cuts that disproportionately favor wealthy households, including permanent extensions of the 2017 tax cuts, doubling the estate tax exemption to $15 million for individuals and $30 million for couples, which benefits the ultra-wealthy and entrenches dynastic wealth*37*.

• The wealthiest 1% are estimated to receive significant tax breaks, with some estimates suggesting breaks as large as $79,000 per year for the top 1% in earlier versions of the bill*2*.

• Business owners and higher-income households also benefit from reductions in estate and inheritance taxes, as well as other tax relief provisions*7*.

Conversely, the bill is criticized for cutting Medicaid and SNAP (food assistance), which harms low-income families, effectively reallocating resources from poorer to richer Americans1237.

In summary, the One Big Beautiful Bill Act does help the wealthy significantly, while imposing cuts on programs that support low-income Americans. This has led many experts and critics to describe the bill as regressive and favoring the rich at the expense of the poor and middle class.
