Trump wants $230,000,000.00 from the US taxpayer.

No I am not. I am not the one that defected and stated talking about something completely unrelated to the topic
Of course you are. You’re doing it right now

You are a pathetic troll
You’re still avoiding the topic. Nobody cares whether you think I’m a troll or not. Why can’t you just address the things I say?

The topic of this thread is the Trump two claims against the federal govt you dembot troll boy

You’re ignoring a lot.

You’re ignoring the fact that a highly regarded and unbiased prosecutor (a Republican) said that charges weren’t not warranted for Biden.

Why is that so hard for you to accept?

Why did he say that?

Why did he say that?
Because he felt the jury would accept his defense that he forgot about the classified documents.

Prosecutors must consider potential defenses to their charges. DoJ protocol says that prosecutors should only bring charges if they believe they will convict.

This is a rule that was followed in both cases.

It’s also a rule that is being ignored by Trump’s cronies like Lindsey Halligan.

That’s not what he said. He said Xiden willfully retained and disclosed classified documents

He didn’t say a thing about the jury believing xiden’s lie he “forgot” anything

Yes, because he would present as a well meaning elderly man with a poor memory.

It wasn't becasue he wasnt guilty, its because he thought a jury would be sympathetic to a "well meaning elderly man with a poor memory".

The report clearly states that he is guilty.

Given that the Trump Administration is an open sewer of corruption, it is no surprise that he wants 1/4 billion from us. Trump has his sycophants in place, so he will be paid what he wants. The Trump family which has made billions off his cryptocurrency scams also has an insatiable appetite for more money. The monetization of the presidency continues. Trump's greed has no bounds.

Let's face it. The US we knew is no longer. We live in a kleptocracy.
Don't forget Trump gave a PARDON to the cryptocurrency guy who helped support Trumps crypto currency, making it now worth $4.5 Billion to Trump.

Actually, it's also that they can't prove intent.
It's like if somebody is shopping and accidently puts something in his pocket.
And when confronted, empties out his pockets, and pays for the item.

As opposed to the guy who insists there's nothing in his pockets. That he showed them everything in his pockets. And finally runs out of the store when they aren't looking.

In fact he said xiden was guilty.

And basically said he was senile….in a nice way

Hur’s audio from the interview with xiden was released, he was so senile he couldn’t remember
Things he was supoosively actively working on, or about his own son’s death it was beyond sad

That’s mischaracterizing what Hur said.

It’s not about the jury just being sympathetic, it’s that his memory lapses would provide reasonable doubt to the willfulness aspect of the accusation.

Since there exists reasonable doubt, you can’t say he’s guilty.

He did. You need to read the actual report.
That comment was purely political (to please Trump). It actually violated DOJ policy to make statements that they have absolutely no facts to establish it.

OF course you do! Don't worry it'll come out of your pocket. The only difference is, you're thrilled to hand over your money to Trump! Too bad it has to come out of the pockets of real hardworking Americans pockets as well.
Your thoroughly despicably corrupt party did a political hit job on Trump, trying to destroy him and prevent him from ever becoming President again because he is the antidote to the Leftist poison they spread.
He picked himself up, flipped a middle finger to all of them and got re-elected President.
God, sometimes revenge is so ******* sweet, isn't it??

Other key differences. Biden didn't pack his own boxes. But Trump specifically packed all the boxes in the residence that they sent to Mar-a-lago.

Biden allowed them to freely search for any classified material, everywhere his documents were stored.

Trump played hide and go seek (or whack a mole) with his classified documents. Even instructing his people to move the documents around to places they wouldn't look in, before the authorities came to look for them.

Of course Hur could have recommended Xiden be indicted, and then the Congress remove him from office, then the DOJ indict him.

With that said Hur made clear Xiden was senile and thus couldn't be prosecuted for his crimes, thus no recommendation was made.

Ironically even knowing that, dembots still voted for him to be their nominee.
This is why Trump has had to fire so many career prosecutors.
The one's who know the law, and who follow the law.
The one's who don't stand for vindictive prosecutions or selective prosecutions.
And who actually follow DOJ indictment policy, and not just get an indictment knowing they have no chance of proving the flimsy evidence they presented to the grand jury beyond a reasonable doubt.
