Trump Tells Pearl Harbor Joke After Japanese Journalist Asks Him Why He Didn't Tell Japan About The Attack On Iran

And don't forget British royalty.

Yep, as I recall, Joe shit himself at the Vatican, and merely loudly farted all over the British at some climate meeting or something in Europe that the woman interviewed heard it and had to move away.

Must be why they called him Butt-Clench Biden. Now we finally know what Joe meant when he said it was his life's-mission to put an end to gas.

Hindsight it 20-20.
True, and yes, radar was very new, but a lot of it also was arrogance based on believing the Japs could never move like that against the USA combined with the fear of no one wanting to be the guy to call all of the generals and admirals off their Sunday golf game during peace talks in a red alert invasion panic only to find out it was just a flock of geese flying in front of the radar horn and get busted down to potato peeler. Similar to how the Titanic sunk.

Trump is a genuinely nice person when you meet him, but he has issues with people who are rude to him.
Yep.

He's not afraid to dress somebody down in front of cameras.
He would be a poor CEO if he couldn't.

He's not two-faced like some politicians....nice and smiling in front of the cameras but a real a hole when in private.
Kinda like Joe Biden and Barry Obumma.

With Trump you get the same person. Sometimes he says things that his enemies can use against him, but he's not reading from a teleprompter like Obama always was.
So true. Trump is real. What you see is what you get. One of the things I most like about him. I saw the Pearl Harbor remark replayed on TV late last night--- it did not seem quite as plain hearing it the 2nd time, but it sure showed that Trump's brain is always running on several planes.

Yeah yeah. Maybe that wasn’t a very dignified answer President Trump gave to the Japanese reporter.

But, on second thought, I have concluded that it was pretty damn funny …

and actually very much on point.

Reminds me of the joke about the old American guy visiting Berlin in the 1990s' and looking around at the buildings, and nodding like he had seen them before. The Tour Guide asked "Been here before", and the Man answered, yes, about 50 years ago, but at the time I was at about 20,000 feet.

He's an entertainer, not a leader. That is why everything is falling apart.

The Japanese reporter asked a silly question.

Say. Here’s an idea! Why didn’t we inform the entire world about the Manhattan Project ahead of time?

And why didn’t we tell the Dims in Congress about the plan to destroy the Iranian nuclear weapons facilities before the missiles flew and the bombs fell?

And why didn’t the Allies advise the Germans about the planned site of the D-Day invasion before it took place?

Uhhh … duh.

How to alienate friends, and aid enemies.

That man has failure coded in his DNA.
Get over yourself. Every post of yours tells the world that you’re the failure.

Gee. I wonder why the Imperial Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor is deemed a “sneak attack?”

Your question presumes that everything is falling apart. Since that’s horseshit, there is no sense to be found in your post.
Inflation rising
Interest rates rising
Deficit rising
Anemic GDP
Anemic Job Growth
$4 Gas
$100 Oil
Housing market falling
Airport back ups
War
Dead soldiers
Epstein file still not released
Measles running amuck

Trump is the most classless, dumbest, worst president in history, and no amount of chortling or pathetic attempts at dissembling will ever change these truths.

I think the word for Trump's remark is 'poignant.'

It was a stupid question, and Trump could have stopped with just pointing out how stupid it was (really--- to suggest that the USA should have informed all its allies around the globe of a surprise attack on a nuclear Iran), and he really didn't need to add in the Pearl Harbor crack, but it was poignant, blunt, and funny, typical Trump, driving home the stupidity of the question while giving the Japanese something to ponder.

Trump took that circus volleyball and threw it right back in the reporter's face.

We used to coordinate with our allies, esp. when it is something with as much potential downside for them as this has.

He's done much worse, but putting lipstick and a push up bra on that pig doesn't change what it isn't.

Japanese Reporter: Why didn't you tell us before you struck Iran?

Trump: "Why didn't you tell me about Pearl Harbor?"

What an egomaniac. Everything is about him. Why didn't you tell ME?

Also, Marco Rubio stated Israel told Trump they were about to attack Iran, and that we joined in because we expected Iran to retaliate against US facilities in the Gulf.

But Trump did not in turn warn our Gulf allies we were about to attack Iran and to expect retaliatory strikes on them.

Trump is a total c*nt.
