Here he is trying to convince the Japanese Prime Minister to support his war in Iran.

And she will agree because she wants to stay friends with the USA, and Japan needs that oil.

Then he insults her and her country by mocking Pearl Harbor.

Insult? I hardly think so. Probably just made her uncomfortable reminding her of the sneak attack of theirs and how it got them nuked in return. That's not insult as much as 80% embarrassment + 20% fear.

I mean, we wiped Japan out having just invented the bomb. Now we have them waist deep and 10X better.

And Japan has ZERO. Trump: the world leader you might not want in office but while in office you are glad to have on your side.

The Japanese pulled of one the greatest surprise attacks of modern warfare.

It really wasn't so great. It was really mostly our own fault. We saw the Japs coming in plenty of time and could have stopped them, but it was a Sunday and no one wanted to disrupt their Sabbath.

1. Command assumed if Japan attacked, they would hit Guam close to home and not try to hit so far from away.
2. Our radar, new at the time, spotted them coming, but no one took the sighting seriously and dismissed it as a group of our own guys returning from the north.

A member of the Japanese media tried to embarrass Trump in front of the Japanese PM by asking him why he didn't tell them about the surprise attack against Iran.

Trump said of course he didn't tell them about it. "We were trying to surprise them.....and telling everyone in advance would have given it away! Would you have told us in advance about Pearl Harbor?"

The entire Middle East is on fire. Who cares?

THe United Kingdom, France and Greece have pledged anti-missile and anti-drone systems as well as air defenses and warships. Jordan, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Bahrain, Saudia Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar have all assisted in the shooting down of Iranian missiles, drones and bombers.

For goodness sake, 135 countries in the UN voted to condemn Iran on it's attacks on it's neighbors.

Britain, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and Japan have all now agreed to help with securing the Strait.

They all support the war. Except maybe Spain. They want the oil. They just don't need Iran's instability.
