This one sounds a little farfetched, but he'll still have to pay a lawyer to make it go away.
He has lawyers on retainer, twit. They're getting paid regardless.

The Traitor Has Lost HIs Last Supreme Court Challenge.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday disposed of the last of three cases brought to the justices by former President Donald Trump challenging his election loss, bringing a muted end to his futile quest in the courts to hold onto power.

The court without comment rejected Trump’s appeal challenging thousands of absentee ballots filed in Wisconsin, an election battleground that the Republican businessman-turned-politician lost to Democrat Joe Biden by more than 20,000 votes. Biden became president on Jan. 20.

It was the last of three petitions filed at the Supreme Court near the end of Trump’s presidency that the justices declined to take up. The court on Feb. 22 turned away Trump’s other two appeals - a second Wisconsin challenge and one relating to voting in Pennsylvania, another pivotal state Trump lost. Lower courts previously had ruled against Trump in those three cases.

The Traitor has LOST OVER SIXTY (60) Lawsuits over the election results. Traitor appointed judges have ruled against him. HE FUCKING LOST!!!
Feel better now?

Maybe it is time for Democrats to stop their obsession over him, he will NEVER be President again, he will never have real political power again.

It is better for your health if you let him go.
How Cons STOP lying to themselves about the Traitor having won the election when in fact he LOST?

How Cons STOP saying the election was rigged by Dems, when it was Cons who actively worked to suppress the vote?

The Traitor has lost over 60-Separate Lawsuits trying to over the November Election, how about Cons accept that loss and move on?

The Fucking Traitor Fucking Lost. Get The FUCK Over IT!!!
Wow you are one giant asshole!

I have not been claiming the election was stolen, I haven't said he won either heck I even said over and over that Trump should have stopped after the December 12 SCOTUS rejection of the multiple states lawsuit. From then he should have worked on his transfer process and left quietly, but the man didn't know when to stop.

I am a free thinking INDEPENDENT, never have been a republican, once a hereditary democrat but free since about 1990.

You need to let him go into the sunset, really you should.
Check MAGA shit you buy chump, its made in China.

Former president Donald Trump has been served with a civil rights lawsuit that accuses him of inciting the deadly Jan. 6 insurrection.

Attorneys for Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS) and the NAACP formally served the lawsuit, which was filed in February, to the former president at his Mar-A-Lago club, reported The Daily Beast.

I wonder if Ricky knew what he was signing for.

The Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871 — also known as the Third Enforcement Act — made it a federal crime to use “force, intimidation, or threat” to infringe on people’s rights to vote, hold office, testify in court and serve on a jury.
Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871: Law being used to target Trump ...

www.washingtonpost.com/history/2021/02/18/ku-klux-klan-act-capitol-attack/
That is why it is a stupid lawsuit, it will be tossed out.

The peoples right to vote was never the problem, it was the alleged vote switching AFTER the voting polls closed, which Trump isn't accused of doing at all.

There was NO voter fraud... no election fraud.. That's why all his cases have been thrown out. The Klan Act of 1871 may be a real problem for him. They do have standing and Trump did try to interfere with the EC certification.
I said ALLEGED vote switching...

No it has ZERO standing we successfully got around 150 million votes counted and certified by the states in DECEMBER, the January 6th conclusion was never in doubt.

Peoples right to votes was a smashing success, Biden was sworn in January 20.

Too bad you can't see the obvious nonsense the lawsuit is.
Calling out a mob to overturn an election is a crime.
Who did that?
You don't think trump did that?
At this point it does not about who thinks what. Facts are indeed facts. Time and again the Traitor encouraged violence. "Fight Like Hell", does not mean be nice.
Yes, the traitor Biden and Harris encouraged violence all summer long. Biden never said a word until it started affecting Democrat poll numbers. Harris encouraged and bailed out violent leftist criminals
They NEVER encouraged violence.
Neither did PRESIDENT Trump. You are completely DISHONEST pretending he did, asshole
This is a sockpuppet shill that does not Know what the word truth means,

The news just gets worse for Trump

Georgia Prosecutor Probing Trump Taps Leading Racketeering Attorney | HuffPost

(euRters) - The district attorney investigating whether former U.S. President Donald Trump illegally interfered with Georgia’s 2020 election has hired an outside lawyer who is a national authority on racketeering, a source familiar with the matter told Reuters.
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has enlisted the help of Atlanta lawyer John Floyd, who wrote a national guide on prosecuting state racketeering cases. Floyd was hired recently to “provide help as needed” on matters involving racketeering, including the Trump investigation and other cases, said the source, who has direct knowledge of the situation.
The move bolsters the team investigating Trump as Willis prepares to issue subpoenas for evidence on whether the former president and his allies broke the law in their campaign to pressure state officials to reverse his Georgia election loss.
Prosecuting Blob like a mob boss is indeed the best approach! :D

His Bio is damn impressive!

Pomerantz served as a federal prosecutor in the United States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, eventually leading the appellate unit; he departed in 1982 for private practice. He defended numerous cases involving organized crime; his law partner later estimated that they handled about 25 cases related to organized crime.[3] In one notable case regarding mobster Anthony Indelicato, Pomerantz argued on appeal to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 1989 that Indelicato had been involved with a single criminal episode—the simultaneous murder of Carmine Galante and two others in an attack in a Brooklyn restaurant— and thus could not be convicted of a "pattern of racketeering" as required for conviction under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).[6] The case was reheard en banc (i.e., by all twelve active judges on the appeals court), a rare step, leading to a decision clarifying the meaning of the RICO law.[6][7]

After a stint on the faculty of Columbia Law School, Pomerantz established a small criminal defense law firm, Fischetti, Feigus & Pomerantz, before joining Rogers & Wells.[8] Pomerantz then returned to the U.S. Attorney's Office to head its Criminal Division from 1997 to 1999. In that capacity he oversaw the trial of mob boss John A. Gotti and also many trials involving securities fraud.[3] He then joined the Paul, Weiss firm's litigation division[3] as of counsel.[9] He is an expert on white-collar crime.[3] His clients at Paul, Weiss have included Robert Torricelli, the New Jersey senator accused of campaign finance violations,[3] hedge fund manager Anthony Chiasson,[10][11] Credit Suisse First Boston banker Frank Quattrone,[12][13] Queens New York Supreme Court Justice Joel L. Blumenfeld,[14] ImClone founder and chief executive Samuel D. Waksal,[15][16] and New York Governor David A. Paterson.[17] Pomerantz was the court-appointed receiver tasked with finding the assets of fraudster Marc Dreier; Pomerantz and his team successfully safeguarded over $100 million in assets so that Dreier's victims could be compensated.[18] Like U.S. District Judge Jed Rakoff, Pomerantz has criticized the Federal Sentencing Guidelines as being excessively high.[19]

Pomerantz served for 18 months as chairman of the Mayor's Commission to Combat Police Corruption, an unpaid position.[20] He resigned effective June 1, 2005, citing the time demands of his law practice. Pomerantz announced his resignation shortly after testifying to the New York City Council that the commission's effectiveness was inhibited due to its lack of subpoena power and disputes with New York City Police Department officials, who questioned the commission's jurisdiction to investigate issues such as overtime fraud, sexual misconduct and domestic violence by police officers, and the falsification of crime statistics.[20][21] Pomerantz was mentioned in 2009 as a possible appointee as U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York; the job ultimately went to Preet Bharara.[22]

On February 2, 2021, Pomerantz was sworn in as a special assistant district attorney in the office of New York County District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr., to assist with that office's criminal investigation into the personal and business finances of former president Donald Trump.[23][3] One of his duties is dealing with witnesses; he has reportedly already spoken with former Trump attorney Michael Cohen.[23] His hiring caused speculation that Vance was "ramping up" the grand jury investigation. Later that month the Supreme Court rejected Trump's last appeal against a subpoena for his financial records;[24] as a result, Trump's tax returns and other documents were released to the DA for use in its investigation, including possible use in obtaining grand jury subpoenas.[25]

Pomerantz is a member of the advisory board of the Quattrone Center for the Fair Administration of Justice at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Don't know..seems nobody knows who the hell Ricky is. Think Trump just gave those who want to dodge or delay a lawsuit a way to do it.
