Rather, Smith has been really quite circumspect and tight-lipped on his investigations. It appears his communication is being done almost exclusivity through court filings, or in direct response to official inquiries or parties. Gotta give the guy props for keeping everything tight to his vest and only working through the court systems.

And that demonstrates a lot of discipline and professionalism as there has been a tsunami of attention, criticism, along with the intense media spotlight.

But he does no grandstanding.
