The office cannot give them over the counter medication, even if the parent drops it off, without a dr. note.

No, if children were mature enough to make such radical decisions, they would be able to vote, drive, drink and go to war too.
Children think all kinds of things, sex change surgery should not happen until they are 18 and at least old enough to feel certain this is still what they want.

45 years ago I cut my head open in school. They phoned my Mam in work to come and take me to hospital. Even then the schools dont want contact.
