Whites are a race, whites have not achieved everything by merit. Whites have not fixed the mess their racism has created and they still give themselves preference over others based on race. So if everything that reduced the ability for whites to be racist is taken away, we go back to Jim Crow and overt white racism.How is it racist to not judge people by race?

No, I was not wrong. Members of Trump's first administration endorsed Harris. JD Vance will not be president unless trump dies in this term. And because of Trump JD Vance who is already unlikeable, will be even less likable as he tries running for president. Trump ran n ower prices, not releasing thugs. That was a huge mistake.

For the last 20 years of my career, I was a Manager and Director and I hired hundreds of people. I reviewed well over a thousand resumes for all kinds of positions. Everything from Secretaries to Engineering Managers. Both Salary and Hourly. I always culled out the resumes with Black Ethnic names. Never shortlisted anybody with a Black Ethnic name. Never hired them.”
Since the Fortune 50 company I worked for had a stupid “affirmative action” hiring policies I never mentioned it to anybody and I always got away with it. A couple of times I was instructed to improve my departmental “diversity” demographics but I always ignored it and never got into any trouble. My stereotype is that anybody with a stupid ghetto Black ethnic name is probably worthless. I could have been wrong a couple of times but I was also probably right 99% of the time.

I know about the abuses of those policies. We had to replace old timers, who worked hard for years and earned the right to be flagmen, with inexperienced females who couldn't do anything else but flag. We had to subcontract a percentage of the work to minority owned contractors. I remember some dude named Levin, who didn't know shit about the work, formed a company under his wife's name, which at that time qualified as a minority owned contractor. Then he subcontracted his subcontract to a scab contractor who would pay 8 hrs. wages for working a 12 hr. day. I could go on forever but let's just say that Trump is trying to fix a fraud filled, corrupt system mandated by Johnson, and that's a good thing.Yes! I'm casting another vote for Trump for good measure. Forced integration is racist. Let every individual (black, white, and brown) enjoy the personal freedom of choice. If blacks and browns prefer to hang out with other blacks and browns or attend their own black and brown schools -- let them. If they choose to live in predominantly black and brown neighborhoods then let them. Keep the government out of their personal business. Freedom is a gift from God and I hope Trump protects our individual freedoms.
