A lot of black kids do both. Have you noticed that at nearly every level of college, sports like basketball, football and track are populated in the majority by blacks. There ain't too many Division 3 black athletes playing in the NBA or NFL. So again, you assert things that are based on a racist assumption.
No it isn't. If a minority or woman has the highest credentials/qualifications/track record/ability and is passed over for a white male or whatever, he/she can still sue for discrimination. But at long last no competent person in government will be saddled with the label of 'token' or 'the affirmative action' or 'the DEI' employee. And no longer will standards be lowered just to achieve 'diversity.'

Baloney. My step grandson was a crack baby born two months early. He is black, his mother was an addict/prostitute who never saught prenatal care. She had already lost custody of an older daughter and immediately lost custody of him after his birth. He was fosterd by my step kids who ended up adopting him at age 2. This kid has a giant uphill battle but he's winning it with a ton of care and love that includes discipline.

By every objective, measurable criteria negroes tend to be much less intelligent than whites. They also have high rates of crime and illegitimacy.
