Chinese President Xi Jinping's decision not to greet Donald Trump at the airport is consistent with established Chinese diplomatic protocol, which traditionally dictates that the Chinese head of state does not welcome visiting foreign leaders on the tarmac.

Xi could have greet him, that could have been nice, but he decided not.

President Xi to busy to meet with one of his inferiors getting off of a plane. Apparently all of the jerk off CEO's that were with him didn't warrant the attention either.

Trump is lucky he is even accepted in China. USA is actively working to destroy China.

He did not meet Trump in 2017. Chinese protocol does not demand that the Chinese head of state meet any foreign leader on the tarmac.
