The Indictment of Former President Trump Is An Abuse of Prosecutorial Power For Political Purposes – The Motive Is Clear on Its Face

Just pointing out the blatant hypocrisy of you libtards.
As Skylar explained to you in Post #338, Trump, Pence, Biden, and Clinton were all treated consistently under the law.

Trump has been indicted regarding only where his actions differed.

WaPo interviewed the same witnesses as Jack Smith and originally reported the Mar-a-Lago storage room was secured by lock and key. The indictment omits this fact. No where does it say the storage room had a lock, leaving court to believe it was unsecured.
The boxes were also stored on a ballroom stage, and in a bathroom. Neither of which had padlocks to preclude entry to any of the thousands of guests.

Really? You know it was Trumps DOJ and Trumps FBI who was in charge of going after Hillary Clinton.

Any failure to prosecute her is Trumps fault.
Yes, and you know it was “Trump’s DOJ” that was so infilitrated with Trump-hating leftists that they went along with the Russia conspiracy hoax and spent almost three years trying to oust him.

Trump was in charge. Trump picked those who were "in charge", that's the job of the chief executive to put his people in charge of the government, and all it's agencies, departments etc.

The Plum Book is used to identify Presidential appointed and other positions within the Federal Government.

The Plum Book is a listing of over 9,000 civil service leadership and support positions (filled and vacant) in the Legislative and Executive branches of the Federal Government that may be subject to noncompetitive appointments. These positions include agency heads and their immediate subordinates, policy executives and advisors, and aides who report to these officials. Many positions have duties which support Administration policies and programs. The people holding these positions usually have a close and confidential relationship with the agency head or other key officials.

That's good. You keep doing that while we'll keep celebrating Trump getting indicted over and over again. More to come, ya know. And we'll be dancing every time he cries victimhood.
