Okay, serious answer time: why do companies like some H-1 B's?

Not just because they work cheaper.

But because they are better motivated.

So you are hiring two guys with a 130 IQ for a job that requires a 130 IQ.

Pradip, who will work for $50,000, who depends on your sponsorship to live and work here, and is highly motivated.

Or Mike, who demands $75,000, can quit with two weeks' notice, and basically spends half his day playing on the internet.
