Delusional disorder is considered difficult to treat. Actually some states do allow Psychologist to prescribe medications. However, I didn't state that my wife does prescribe medications, which she doesn't. I just (tongue in cheek), suggested she could refer Here We Go, to someone who could help him/her with their issues with delusion.
