NY State is getting ready to indite Trump over taxes and non profits. Yah, Yah, "Get Hillary" but it's not about Clinton. It's about Trump.

Trump has not denied any of the charges. The only thing he has done is has requested that NY State wait until after he is sworn in. Here are some possibles.

Trump gets indited this month and it's wound up before November 28th. He loses all his rights and cannot serve as president with a Felony and will have jail time. Clinton wins.

They wait until AFTER November 28th but indite and condemn before the first part of January before he is sworn in. Now, that could be a really sticky wicket and it would go to the Supreme Court for a ruling.

NY State can indite before he is sworn in but decide to wait 4 years. NY State can't touch him after he is sworn in until he leaves office. But what happens if he goes 8? Same thing. Once the inditement is done, the actual trail has no time limit since it is for misuse of taxable income. Yes, an officer of a Non Profit cannot benefit from the Non Profit. Yah, Yah, Clinton, what are you 7? This is about Trump.

If he is indited AFTER he is sworn in then it's now in the hands of Congress for Impeachment Procedings. I think this is the way it's going to be handled so that Pence becomes President. The GOP ultra right wing is out for blood. Look for this to happen. And to be truthful, no matter if Trump is convicted or not, I would rather have him over Pence any day of the week.

I can't take anyone seriously who can't spell INDICT correctly.

Your ignorance of constitutional law is amazing ... either that, or you're whistling past the graveyard.

There is no condition, legal or otherwise, that a sitting President can be impeached for actions prior to his election. Impeachment is for actions DURING his term of presidency.

its possible that some people might think of Donald as president already since he is currently the closest thing to a leader in DC right now.

Or anyone who thinks that a state AG can indict a sitting President.

He's not sitting yet and won't be until January. After that, it's up to Congress to impeach or not. I predict that he will be impeached and the bottom feeders in the right wing of the GOP had it planned all along. I may not like Trump but he deserves better than that.

This is the first time in my lifetime that this situation has come up. It's going to be interesting at least.

Poor little liberals. Crying and squalling after receiving the biggest electoral defeat in living memory.

Why should anyone pay attention to you? We know you'll just keep complaining and whining no matter what we say. Since you're no longer in a position to do harm to the country, there's no point in paying attention to you. You're just not worth the trouble.

Do you mean that you would support them back dooring Pence into office? Trump won, Pence didn't.

Of course he can be impeached for happened before he was President.

In what country do you live?

Ok --- one more time.

A sitting president cannot be impeached for actions prior to taking office. The framers of the Constitution assumed you were smart enough to vet your candidate before allowing hi to run, and if there were a crime in his past, you could make a reasoned judgement that it wouldn't impact his execution of presidential duties.

He can, however, be charged for a crime by any other venue (even while in office --- assuming, of course, jurisdiction). If found guilty, he could, conceivably, be sent to jail. If he is sent to jail, he can then be said to be unable to discharge his presidential duties, and the VP would assume the position. However, after serving his sentence, he could return to the Office of the President.

But, frankly, all this talk is childish nonsense ... Donald Trump is the newly elected President, he is going to be the President, and it's time for the left to grow up and acknowledge it. If they don't, they are in very serious danger of being left behind.

The train is leaving the station.

"University of Utah Law Professor Christopher Lewis Peterson penned a 23-page article analyzing why it would be proper for Congress to impeach Trump if he’s elected. He believes that Trump has engaged in fraud and racketeering which meets the standards under Article II of the United States Constitution which reserves impeachment for “high crimes and misdemeanors.”

The guy is as conservative as they come when it deals with constitutional law.

If he says Trump is meat, you only need to ask is "how rare."

Law Prof Says There is Already Enough Evidence To Impeach Donald Trump
