I think the issue is that Trump posted the image of him being the Messiah where as Obama did not. Obama never suggested he was the Messiah unless you have a link to suggest otherwise.

President Obama's ego is just like Trump's. He did not have to do this as he was promoted everyday as a deity from the 95% Progressive controlled media/entertainment wing of the Commie Party. Trump is not so fortunate. However, there are Republican voters questioning some of the thing he is doing.
