I never said that it offended me very much. I was talking about other Christians that I've seen online, mainly to correct the wrong idea that it was "leftists" who were outraged. I mean, I think it was a stupid, bizarre and crazy thing to do.

But, nothing he does surprises me anymore. And since I never got on the Trump train in the first place, I wasn't "disappointed" in him. Why would I be, when I already think he is a fraud and a terrible person?
And I'm extremely glad that Kamala lost. It doesn't get much worse than her. Come on, you're smarter than that binary mindset that is so common around here.
But if you don't see why many Christians would see it as sacrilegious, then I don't know what to tell you. The more interesting question to me is.... why so many of you always have such an extremely strong need to defend Trump, no matter what he does? He was absolutely right when he said he could shoot someone in broad daylight on 5th Avenue, and wouldn't lose his loyalists' support. Why such devotion to a mere human being? No one deserves that type of devotion, except God.
