My current favorites are reading, exercise, music and puzzles. Try those, maybe.

I read veraciously, I'm in the gym 4 days a week, do volunteer work, follow the stock market and tend to my investments, play in a pool league, frequently take care of my grandkids, and listen to jazz every day. It's a good life. No need to worry.
