First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Central District of California Bill Essayli announced multiple investigations Friday into California’s elections as vote counts for key races continue to face major delays.
Essayli announced his office will be investigating election integrity in California as a “top priority” alongside the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Los Angeles, saying the current system is plagued with “serious structural vulnerabilities.” Essayli cited universal vote-by-mail and the lack of voter ID requirements as facilitating potential election fraud, ultimately “eroding public confidence.”
Both California’s gubernatorial and Los Angeles’ mayoral race are facing ongoing delays several days after Tuesday night’s primary. The vote count for the races has stagnated at roughly 60%, with both elections too close to call.
This is standard procedure for California elections, with votes often taking several days and even weeks to finalize.
“We will follow the evidence wherever it leads and prosecute any violations of federal election law to the fullest extent,” Essayli said in a post on X.
Essayli also said his office is working in coordination with Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon, who will assist in conducting an audit of California’s voter rolls.
“The state stonewalled every effort to verify that only eligible U.S. citizens are registered to vote,” Essayli said. “This case is now before the Ninth Court of Appeal. My office will not look the other way.”

Election integrity efforts have already been underway at the Department of Justice (DOJ), with Dhillon drawing attention to a major election fraud case in California just weeks earlier.
In this particular case, a California woman named Brenda Lee Brown Armstrong agreed to a plea deal after being charged with paying people, including homeless individuals on Skid Row, to register to vote.
“False registrations undermine Americans’ faith in elections – even more so when payoffs are involved,” Dhillon said of the charges. “This Justice Department is committed to ensuring that all U.S. elections are fair and free from illegal meddling – so that all Americans can accept the results with confidence.”




Commentary:
Election delays and fraudulent registration are precisely the reason California is deep blue. It takes Democrat Leftists that long to "find" ballots to elect and re-elect their insane clan.
Funny how dead people, illegals and the homeless managed to vote... apparently only in the Communist Blue States. Yet Democrats still want to push the false narrative (lies) about Trump. So let me ask, how come Democrats aren't upset about the billions in fraud, the crime, the drugs, the violence, the lousy education system, the Commie mayors destroying NYC, LA, Seattle, Portland, Chicago, Denver, Baltimore, Philadelphia, Detroit, etc.

All states have statutes dictating how and when names are removed from voter rolls. Time after rime investigations show that states (especially Blue) fail to update their voter rolls at a minimum of 4 years.
The National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) and the Help America Vote Act (HAVA) require states to maintain accurate voter lists and prohibit systematic removals within 90 days of an election, while allowing removals for reasons like death or moving out of state.

The non voting periods vary but almost all are 2-3 Election Cycles. That means that even though you are in fact dead and known to the state to be dead you can't be removed until you have stopped voting for 4-6 years. If a vote is recorded in your name the clock starts over. Keep in mind this is AFTER a Death Certificate has been recorded.
The thing that makes me sick about CA’s very well installed voter fraud system is that I had an elderly relative pass a few years ago. Lifetime conservative who voted every election. We have over 800k dead people on the rolls, but as soon as my family member passed, CA immediately sent me notification they were aware of their passing and would remove them from voter rolls. I now wonder if my dead family is voting D.
Is it any wonder that voting fraud is rampant .....
