He was under contract to the Turkish government to promote their interests WHILE he was working for Trump, and he failed to register as an agent of a foreign government.

He took money from foreign governments, including Russia, within weeks of retiring from the military. US law requires him to wait 2 years before doing this.

Trump was warned repeatedly that Flynn was compromised and ignored those warnings.

Whatever Flynn has on Trump must be ver powerful for Trump to risk impeachment to protect him. I look forward to Flynn’s testimony in the upcoming trials.

If Flynn accepts the pardon, he can’t plead the 5th and he can be compelled to testify against Trump. That’s why Nixon didn’t pardon any of his co-conspirators. Trump isn’t smart enough to follow Tricky Dicky’s example.

What does his actions during the transition have to do with anything? He lied to the FBI about his meetings with the Russian ambassador and what was discussed with said ambassador.

The FBI admitted that Flynn didn't lie. They admitted that Flynn was pressured to confess to a lie. That's why they withdrew all charges.
