And the Biden Admin went full force after General Flynn for Logan Act violations for just transition communications with Russia....saying he was gonna be the new guy.

The prosecutor fled after it was uncovered that Obama's appointed FBI Director sent in agents who sole intent was to try extract a lie. There was never any legitimate investigative intent in speaking with him. They knew that Flynn had committed no crime. The Dem prosecutor hid this fact from the defense.
