Trump official refers Rep. Eric Swalwell for a federal criminal probe over alleged mortgage fraud

Except Trump of course and all those he pardoned. Will he pardon Maxwell before or after the Midterms. I assume after to keep her quiet.
Pardoning her doesn't solve the problem.
Matter of fact it makes it worse for her....because she's been asking congress for immunity if she testifies.
She knows that telling a lie to congress isn't covered under any pardon now.
Democrats are virtue-signalling. Nothing they say in public is worth a bucket of spit.
They want to hide the truth more than anyone, because many of them are implicated in the Epstein and the P Diddy cases.

No one is above the law.
Right, champ?
If you have a D in front of your name....you are above the law.....till they can't use you anymore.
Every day some liberal minded celebrity is issuing negative statements about Trump.
Every one of them was asked by the left to make as statement.
"Trump is a big poopy-pants".
They want to keep working....and they don't want stories coming out in the news about their conduct at a P Diddy party.
This is why the FBI raided all of P Diddy's properties looking for dirt on celebrities.

I would guess a commutation rather than a pardon, and after the midterms.

Twenty years was a ridiculous sentence, so a commutation is the remedy. Allah knows that worse people have been pardoned en masse by outgoing presidents of both parties.

You are furious about Maxwell because the long sentence was intended to get her to parrot whatever the lawfare squad wanted her to say about Bad Orange Man, and she didnt play along.

Except Trump of course...
Wait... Haven't you people been making hay over his 34 convictions for over a year now?
How does that make him above the law?

No, when you say "No one is above the law" you leave out the "except Democrats, of course".

C'mon. Grow some honesty and say it just once:
"If Swalwell broke the law, he should be prosecuted and convicted, just like Trump was".

Bet you can't.

Funny AF that you admitting his guilt.
Are you retarded? Yes or No?

I have no idea if he was shady on a loan. If he was, I could give a shit what party he is as long as he is treated fairly. Seems to me he owns 1 house in DC so I dont know what the issue is cuz I dont think the article said.

Are you retarded? Yes or No?
******* brilliant retort. Just ******* brilliant. Us mere mortals assume you are admitting his guilt when you claim "A person like that isnt going to own 2 homes."

But you cut right to the heart of the matter with your brilliant quip "Are you retarded? Yes or No?" Just ******* brilliant.

You left out the actual response below it:

You accused me admitting his guilt. That is retarded

YOu know I'm right. Stop trying to defend this shit.
How would I know you're right without looking at the evidence. The fact that he listed a DC home as his primary residence when he is a Representative from California is a bit fishy.

Swalwell Threatens Trump Officials After Federal Housing Director Pulte Criminally Refers Him to DOJ For Mortgage Fraud

Commentary:
Sounds like Fang, Fang's love is running scared. Threatening people is not a good thing when you've been referred to the DoJ for prosecution.
His actions can be considered obstruction of Justice.
it's not Trump going after Swalwell, it's the law catching up with him which would never happen if Democrats were in control.

Sure it does. She is out of prison, for services rendered.
A pardon doesn't protect her from accusations of lying to congress in the future.
Right now she's safe and alive in a minimum security facility that's like a country club.
If Trump pardons her she can easily be suicided.

Seems possible the Trump admin may be good at suiciding people in prison too. :dunno:

If that were the case I'm certain a whistleblower would have surfaced years ago.
It's clear that the CIA and the FBI aren't under Trump's full control yet, and most certainly not when Epstein was killed.
