She doesn’t need to serve time. But she does need to be exposed for the corrupt, activist legal officer she is.Who said she’ she will serve time?

It won't fix her ugly face.Jail food would do her fat ass some good.
I think she should do some time. She also sheltered a fugitive from the law, her niece, at her allegedly empty house. She's totally crooked and shouldn't be allowed to be a judge. She doesn’t need to serve time. But she does need to be exposed for the corrupt, activist legal officer she is.
Agreed. At a minimum, expose her so that when she shoots her mouth off about Trump, it will simply be hot air.I think she should do some time. She also sheltered a fugitive from the law, her niece, at her allegedly empty house. She's totally crooked and shouldn't be allowed to be a judge.
Didn't learn anything when you got spanked the first time?"Trump official refers New York AG Letitia James for prosecution after a previous case was dismissed

A Trump administration official has made new criminal referrals against New York Attorney General Letitia James to federal prosecutors in Miami and Chicago for two cases of possible homeowner's insurance fraud, sources familiar with the matter told CBS News.
Federal Housing Finance Agency Director Bill Pulte said in a letter Wednesday to prosecutors in Florida that James may have falsified information on her homeowner's insurance application to a Ft. Lauderdale-based company, Universal Property Insurance.
Officials in President Trump's administration have repeatedly pursued legal actions against James, a longstanding Trump foe."

Don't do the crime, if you can't serve the time.
I hope James gets a fair trial and learns her lesson about launching political vendettas by serving some years behind bars.
Seems pretty evident to me.....Trump could afford to lose some weight, just as much James could.....for his own health.Another partisan reply by you.
I avoid processed foods and consume very little sugar. Americans eat too much junk food.Seems pretty evident to me.....Trump could afford to lose some weight, just as much James could.....for his own health.
Shoot! Most of us have been there, especially after the latent period of covid! I've spent and hubby as well, the last 3 years trying to lose the weight we gained during covid and I and hubby have been successful, with 80lbs between the both of us, lost by hubby and me! I weigh less now than before covid, which I am ecstatic over!
But, it wasn't easy! A year to gain it for us, and three years so far, to lose it! Hubby is still going at it, to lose more!
This guy isn’t feeling good about the case. LOL. “We’re gonna teach her a lesson by not convincing a jury!”She doesn’t need to serve time. But she does need to be exposed for the corrupt, activist legal officer she is.
Maybe, it will greatly depend on the outcome hereWonder if Letitia James will sue the govt some day, like Gen. Flynn and Trump's Doj will settle and pay her, like Flynn.....?![]()
Didn’t you already expose her twice by failing to convince 2 grand juries?Agreed. At a minimum, expose her so that when she shoots her mouth off about Trump, it will simply be hot air.
Here’s the OP 7 months so responding to requests of why his prediction of Hillary being indicted didn’t happen; We’ll add this to the ever expanding portfolio of DOJ actions that go nowhere.
You sure love to eat crow.
Indeed. We need two hundreds referrals a day!Great news, keep em coming!![]()
The "everybody knows" argument... creative. No one here is eating crow but you. James is a criminal and everyone here knows that if she were not a black democrat, you or I if we did what she did would be in jail many times over for multiple crimes, so it is not weaponization nor harassment to keep trying to get through the corrupt system to see justice served.
The only one eating crow here is you for championing yet another criminal for evading justice through corruption.
The "everybody knows" argument... creative.
So I know, you don't know anything.
Difference is they COULD get Capone on tax evasion. They COULD get a Grand Jury to indict and they COULD get a regular jury to decide unanimously that he was guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.Yes, everyone who has followed the news knows of her unsavory history. It is a sad day when not only are such cretins allowed to serve as officers in the court ruling over the crimes of others, but that people like you would go to bat for them.
Just remember, Al Capone was a mobster hood and murderer who ran rackets, gambling, prostitution and much more. Everyone knew it. Rose Marie the child singer who acted on the Dick Van Dyke Show used to sing for him in his night clubs. Yet the law could not pin a thing on him.
After many years, they finally got him on tax evasion. Just like Hillary Clinton--- a criminal many times over who remains unprosecuted only because of her dirty connections in high places along with her knowing just how to skirt the law.
It took them years to get Capone even on tax evasion. That was a last ditch effort to get him on something because they couldn't get him on anything else though they knew he was guilty.Difference is they COULD get Capone on tax evasion. Ordinary citizens know nothing of the law. They just do what the court tells them to do. And citizens and courtrooms of today are not the same as they were 100 years ago, everything is politics now. So I say, keep plugging ahead, if they think they have a case against James, TRY HER. Like Capone, just keep trying her on everything you think she is guilty of or you can get her on until you get her.For James at the moment 3 SEPERATE Grand Juries, not people in high places but ordinary citizens, have looked at this.
You've lost the ability to differentiate between what is true and what you want to be true.It took them years to get Capone even on tax evasion. That was a last ditch effort to get him on something because they couldn't get him on anything else though they knew he was guilty.

Time for her to get a taste of the legal system she abused for herself and for her own personal gain for years.
