The landscape looks like this:

1. The Epstein file exists. Pam Bondi said it exists, and the House wouldn't have voted on it if it didn't exist.

2. Neither Republicans nor Democrats want it released. That means they're both in on it. Epstein serviced high ranking government officials from both parties

3. Epstein likely blackmailed some of them. He couldn't have gotten rich without it. We know he had tapes and the tapes disappeared. Most likely someone still has them. The real question is "was he in bed with a foreign government". The FBI certainly investigated this. It would be in the files.

4. Honeypot operations are a trademark of intelligence agencies and organized crime. The use of underage girls is distasteful to EVERYONE. Someone or something is being protected, and everyone knows it. The President is destroying his political capital by being obtuse on this issue. Continuing this way will put every other presidential action under the microscope, and no one can survive that, not even Trump.

Epstein committed suicide or was murdered, in 2019, under Trump/Barr. The up roar of suicide vs murdered happened then, and the Trump Admin CLAIMED it was investigated and it was suicide.
