The case is on appeal as Trump once again shows he obeys court orders, as terrible as they may be.

He doesn't want SCOTUS to have any excuse to knock down cases already in front of it by disobeying a single court order, as awful as this one may be.

If he did disobeys, the three harpies on SCOTUS would laud it over the other six, saying see, he disobeys court orders.
