I'm saying that, based on democrat behavior, they will simply wait out the few days of funding and put us right back where we are right now, facing people going hungry because they won't drop the filibuster and vote for funding. Sure, use the emergency fund, just don't expect it to impact democrat behavior.

Ultimately, they'll probably have to go nuclear and make Schumer sit down and shut up.
