Two Federal District Court Judges order a hold on SNAP cutoff

Lie.

Approximately 15% of households in Los Angeles County relied on SNAP benefits in 2023. In terms of people, about 1.5 million people in Los Angeles County rely on SNAP (known as CalFresh in California).

Read the statute "dude" Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. § 2027)
Dude. You asked me what the statute was and I told you.
You didn’t even know what the food and nutrition act was until I told you it existed. I read it. You didn’t because you’re lying about it having no contingency fund.

Now read it for real and tell me where it says that there is no money set aside for emergencies.

I’ll give you 3 chances.

Yes you lied, though your teeth.

I've given you two. And you are two for two, lying through your teeth. Not that that actually expected any honesty from someone with your screen name.

Let's try 3x3. How about a link to the Statute/Regulation establishing the SNAP contingency fund from which you've forned your opinion. And your rebuttal to the arguments made by the Administration at the Oral hearing regarding the legality of using the fund for a political shutdown of the SNAP program.

Wow, that was your most idiotic post yet.
Even the Trump administration argues that this contingency funds exists, but it’s only reserved for natural disaster, such as a tornadoes. Even the other conservatives in this thread acknowledge that the fund exists.

You are officially the dumbest commenter in this thread.

It’s like you wanted to out-dumb them.
Congratulations. You did!

Wooosh.

OK. We're done. Have a blessed life.

It's absolutely amazing and utterly ridiculous how you determined that EVERY Trump Administration Department Secretary is bald faced lying but EVERY Democrat Secretary is telling unvarnished truth.

Psssst.....Democrats are facing Sedition and perjury charges for lying and cheating. Just saying...

Clean up the Fraud. Remove the dead and illegals. Then $6B might last two months?

I would ASSume, Once this emergency fund is spent it is hard to refill it, short of adding debt.

All part of the Communists plan. //

A tweet was posted claiming a lie. I linked the refutation with specific detail. It has nothing to do with your blind partisanship. If I looked up the stat and it held I wouldnt have had to call the poster a liar. They are a liar - you may just be uniformed. I dont know.

BackAgain says he can’t comment on whether the Food and Nutrition Act makes any mention of natural disasters as the only events qualifying as emergencies.
Link?

You yep making that claim about what I supposedly said, but you don’t have balls enough to support it.

Why do you always lie so much?
He made 9 comments dodging the question.
He appears to age with me though, because he says he never made up the natural disasters thing. He did, but regrets it.
You are merely repeating your lie because you’re too gutless to admit that you misattributed something to me.

Your empty scrotum laughs at you, Lib.

He did lie. His post said there were a million on SNAP in LA County. You corrected him that it's actually a million and half.

Impermissible “order” ignored
Nothing restored

Quote the law.

Math not a core subject anymore? There are 10M people in LA County and 1.5M receive snap benefits. That is 15%. The 31% number is made up.

Your "refuting" article has serious serious flaws....look at it again.

?? I'm giving you Kudos. His link said there were 1M on SNAP, when in reality there are 1.5M Good catch.

It is the denominator that is wrong as well, not just the numerator. 10 million, not 3M. The household on snap number is made up. its not 1M.
