If Dems stopped filibustering and let the clean CR be voted on today, it would only fund the government through November twenty first. In that time, snap benefits for the month of November can be fully loaded.

If the Democrats do not get what they want by negotiating with the GOP for a little over two weeks, then they can simply shut the government down again.
