One of the ideas put forth as to why they are fighting like hell to get another right winger on the SCOTUS before the election was to insure another Bush-Gore decision if it got that far. The tin foil hats denied it but here is Trump practically saying the same thing...Trump says he'll accept a 2020 decision from the Supreme Court — after getting his nominee on the bench
You are a tin foil hatter if you believe the Gore-Bush decision was unjust.....
Maybe if your voters weren't fucking retards and could fill out a ballot....which reminds me, I can't wait to see you explode when you tards cant properly fill out a mail in ballot and they get dismissed.

I've been filling them out for years with no problems so I think I'm doing it right.

Well that's good, but dems are not the brightest people....it was so bad they blamed the ballots, ones that people have used for decades.....

Who is denying there is a high chance that the SCOTUS will need to make a ruling on the election and having 9 justices would prevent any chance of a 4-4 ruling?

One of the most consistent observations made by people who have formerly worked with him in the administration is that, by far, his top priority is being re-elected. So it's safe to assume that he's going to do whatever it takes. Literally. His ego would be far too damaged and fragile for him to admit defeat.

So what? That's what he's supposed to do. For the people who elected him. Fucking Democrats made up a fake dossier to get Hillaryous elected and you know Democrats are trying to rig the election any way they can. So appointing a Conservative judge is what's expected and legal. So the Democrats can't cheat like they did last time.

Right, because America would be better off with Marxist loving Socialist who wants to shut America down and have it serve China.

Sweet Jesus..... the enemy within.

You really have no PROOF of that.. No one ever goes and checks if their ballot got recorded correctly in the final tally... And the issue in FLA wasn't the punch cards in W. Palm.. THe higher number of contested ballots were with the more prevalent optical scanners ALL OVER the state-- missing marks or getting confused when folks crossed out a mark -- added a second.

Gore never WANTED a recount of the OTHER COUNTIES -- because those mistakes were going in Bush's favor.. And that's the Supreme Ct ruling basis.. That FOCUSING on counties where Gore stood to GAIN and ignoring the rest of state violate "Equal Protection" clause.. They blew the court case.

Good of you to acknowledge that what Trump does is for his "base" and not for the American people.

I wonder if the senate will ask if she will recuse herself from an election case brought by the person who put her on the court for the purpose of deciding that case.

It would be a little more inspiring if he hadn't lost the popular vote by three million votes.

Let's not pretend that he's doing this for America, writ large. That would be a lie.

He is a nationalist authoritarian, shoving it down the throats of 55% of America, and we all know it.

Dims WANT a 4-4 deadlock at the Supreme Court. Then they can judge shop and make sure a Dim judge rules for Biden. Their plan to win via the SCOTUS just went up in flames so they’re scrambling now.

Yeah, one moment he's a special hero to you, unique, awesome and one of a kind, the next moment he's like every other President. Depending on how you have to defend him.

You're not to be taken seriously when in this condition.

A fresh Pennsylvania state Supreme Court ruling could impact tens of thousands of ballots in that swing state.
In Florida, voters are twice as likely to have their absentee ballot rejected if they’ve never voted that way before, University of Florida political science professor Dan Smith told Axios.
In North Carolina, “Black voters’ ballots are being rejected at more than four times the rate of white voters,” per FiveThirtyEight. Overall, data shows new, younger, Black and Hispanic voters are more likely to have their ballots rejected.
More than 550k mail-in ballots were rejected during the presidential primaries this year, per an NPR analysis.

The court decided Bush v. Gore correctly, so yes, that is one major reason. We don't want Dim criminals stealing this election.
