The Judicial nominees for LIFETIME appointments to the bench by Trump have been a terrifying group of cowardly lemmings. They have 100% refused to concede that Trump lost the 2020 Presidential election and they refuse to acknowledge that the 22nd amendment bars a president from serving a third term.

Political ideology is one thing but cowardice, lack of independence, and public swearing of allegiance to a President by acknowledging his lies as truths is an entirely different issue. This is a cult and it has a wide appeal to join for a shortcut to power and influence. Shame on these...

I've watched quite a few of these hearings for judicial nominations.

There's a LOT of grandstanding, a lot of asking loaded questions and a lot of Republican nominees saying the exact same thing, as if they've been coached (because they've been coached).

But most of it is just "meh".

But this, these judicial nominees refusing to say that Trump cannot run again for president under the Constitution as it stands now.

They're doing this because they know it would be the death of their career (in the next three years, at least) to say what Trump does not want them to say...

Its not about judicial ideology... its about courage. These candidates are scared. They are scared to say the obvious truth out loud. Why would you want a judicial nominee that is a coward? This makes no sense. There are plenty of brave independent conservative judges.
