How worrying is it when Republican judges will not say that Trump is not eligible to run for president again?

I've watched quite a few of these hearings for judicial nominations.

There's a LOT of grandstanding, a lot of asking loaded questions and a lot of Republican nominees saying the exact same thing, as if they've been coached (because they've been coached).

But most of it is just "meh".

But this, these judicial nominees refusing to say that Trump cannot run again for president under the Constitution as it stands now.

They're doing this because they know it would be the death of their career (in the next three years, at least) to say what Trump does not want them to say, which is that he can't run again.

Trump has said and done a lot of dangerous things to US democracy (which is very fragile due to the FPTP system and the money). His attacks on the media and free speech, his corruption, etc.

But this is so blatant that he's forcing these people to essentially say the Constitution doesn't matter, the USA doesn't matter, only TRUMP matters.

That's a sign of a man pushing for a DICTATORSHIP.

Trump can run again.
Trump is actually able to be in office for 5 terms if he wants.

Also, the Commie laws Dems have created over the decades won't keep Trump from being in office.
If WE THE PEOPLE vote him in office, then THAT is how he STAYS in office.

Three negatives in one sentence if you count worrying as a negative .

Is it a competition for us to work out what actually happened ?

Now I am worried . I have no idea.

I see you don't like the Constitution.

So if Trump took your guns away, you would cheer too, right?

Worrying is not a negative.

Perhaps, instead of trying to count to three, you discuss the topic. Might be a sticker in it for you. Mommy will be happy.

You poor deluded idiots of the Democrat party....

There's going to be a Republican candidate running for office in 2 years....currently is highly favored to win against EVERY candidate the Democrats have to offer.

Currently the Democrat favorite is Kamala. She is ahead of Gavin in the polls. Both of these are at the bottom by far comparison of the Republican candidate's numbers.

But we dont talk about the presidential election cycle until mid-terms are over. And currently with the gerrymandering getting sorted at the moment....it looks like Republicans are going to retain the House by 12 seats and Senate by at least 4. (And going more red by the presidential election time unless Democrats radically change their agenda)

It's not looking good for Democrats....

The judges silence?
One: they have zero jurisdiction to say anything
Two: they have no reason to clarify a hypothetical question and tons of reasons not to.
Three: Trump appointed judges actually know how to do their jobs unlike progressives
Four: Trump asked them to say "nuthin to nobody".

No more worrisome than all the other horrendous sh*t the ruling class is doing.

After all, since when do they abide by the Constitution?
