I just looked at the Cook Political Report recently, which can't predict a winner in the House which, by itself, is astounding. However, there are 17 seats up for grabs and Republicans would have to win 12 of them in order to remain in control of the House. That's a tall order but it doesn't foretell a blue wave even if Democrats do take back the House.

When it comes to the Senate, there are 4 seats up for grabs and if Democrats were to win all four, they would still not take back the Senate.
