And we can't know for sure because one of the horrible thing Israel is doing is not letting in aid. And aid organizations are afraid to go in. Reporters too. Because Israel tells the Palestians a particular city is a safe place to go. Then when they all go, Israel bombs them. Then they claim Hamas was hiding among them.
