Trump Is Going To Lose Most Of The Current Federal Court Cases....Then What?

All I recall seeing is that judges can't tell generals what to do, nor tell the AG what to do. So they can't tell presidents what to do.

here is JD'S quote, so how am i dishonest?
"If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal. If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that's also illegal. Judges aren't allowed to control the executive's legitimate power," Vance wrote in a post on X,
Those are false equivocations. If a judge reviewed an EO that ordered a general to attack a US city and execute its citizens, that judge could deem that action illegal and unconstitutional…. He could have that general arrested if he attempted to follow through with it. See how the equivocation game can work?

It was not ignored by Biden. You're lying.

And trying to help college students escape massive debt is nothing to be outraged about...unless you are just a total asshole. And that describes most MAGA voters.
Nonsense. Dumping debt on the taxpayers with a $34 Trillion dollar national debt is moronic.

Moronic describes those democrats who can't pay their student loans after receiving gender studies degrees.

Precedent rests on a split decision

If 2 judges agreed with us in 1898 that can be 5 judges in 2025
I’ll ask again… why not go through the proper channels and fix this legislatively ?

More moronic MAGA gibberish...not worth my time.

The facts actually matter, gomer --

Although the Supreme Court struck down President Joe Biden’s signature student loan forgiveness program in late June, his administration has found ways to cancel more than $48 billion in debt since then.

The cancellations have come through existing federal student loan forgiveness programs, which are limited to specific categories of borrowers, such as public-sector workers, people defrauded by for-profit colleges, and borrowers who have paid for at least 20 years.

These programs are separate from the rejected forgiveness plan, which would have canceled about $430 billion of the $1.6 trillion of outstanding federal student loan debt all at one time.

The Supreme Court told Biden that it was unconstitutional to forgive these student loans. Biden went ahead and did it and then bragged about defying the Supreme Court. Beside the fact of what type of idiot would do this, it just shows the idiot Biden and the people that voted for him what a lawless corrupt individual he is.. what about that don't you understand Skippy? Why is it that Democrats ignore waste, Fraud and Abuse? (Rhetorical question idiot)

2. "'This is part of a pattern of the Biden administration illegally acting without congressional approval, costing the American people hundreds of billions if dollars

Just explain how Trump has the legal right to stop Congressional spending.....or just shut the fuck up with your mindless MAGA rant, Kleetus.
Your moronic request that I shut up is denied. You’re a mindless hack drone twat. And if my posting gets under your skin, that’s wonderful!

Suffer, bitch.

I don’t have all day to tutor you. But I will briefly address your first sentence above.

If Congress has authorized spending on something, that doesn’t mean that the President is automatically (and robotically) required to just sign some checks. You moron.

Among other things, the spending bills out of Congress often come with terms and conditions. Therefore, a President is obligated NOT to spend the first penny (or nickel) unless those terms and conditions are satisfied.

Also, it may happen periodically that a spending authorization might conflict with some other previously passed law. Or it might require that certain previously imposed requirements be satisfied. Therefore, to properly discharge his duty to administer such spending, a President might need to investigate whether doing so would violate other laws.

Please sue your school district for educational malpractice. (Of course, in fairness to them, it’s obviously not their fault that you’re so retarded.)

I already addressed this in my previous post. The Supreme Court ruling did not address all student loans.

Learn to read.

Didn't Biden set the precedent with this? Now all of a sudden you don't want the president executing what the taxpayers want?

Below is the current situation regarding all of Trump's Federal court cases. Trump is getting his ass handed to him right now by the Federal judges. --

Everything Trump is doing is blatantly unconstitutional. A 10 year old civics student can tell you that. Most of these court cases will just be laughed out of court.

What is Trump going to do when he ultimately loses most of these cases? Is he just going to ignore the rulings and become King Trump? That's my guess.

And his pathetic lackey JD Vance is already encouraging Trump to do just that.

Trump Is Going To Win Most Of The Current Federal Court Cases....Then What?

I think it's you who doesn't know what a constitutional crisis is. Now we all know

This is not a constitutional crisis," Porter said. "Unless you think not spending money is a constitutional crisis. One side is arguing the president has to spend money, even if he believes it is inefficient. If spending money inefficiently creates a constitutional crisis, we probably have a crisis with our Constitution. This is a tug of war the president and Congress have had for 224 years."

No, we're talking about if the Executive ignores Fed court orders. The is a post Nixon law that requires monies to be spent as ordered by Congress (Nixon tried to do the same thing). Ignoring court orders is a BIG DEAL.

Congress' spending for the fiscal year has already been approved and authorized. Trump has no legal right as President to freeze or stop these payments. What he is doing is blatantly unconstitutional.

The End.

You can call me every name in the book, I don't care. Trump is going to lose most of these cases in court.

That’s not what the Supreme Court said, moron.

You idiots never have the slightest idea what you’re talking about.

The Supreme Court set the precedent that it was illegal to forgive the student loans. try to keep up Skippy
Nope. It didn't apply to all student loans. As already explained. If you choose to ignore that, it's your problem.

And this is nothing compared to what Trump is doing right now. And you know it.

Wrong. As I just advised, in fact, it might actually be a damn duty to do so.

What he is doing is blatantly unconstitutional
No. It simply and clearly is not.
Nope. The error of your alleged “thinking” remains fully open to explore, discuss and mock.
You can call me every name in the book, I don't care. Trump is going to lose most of these cases in court.
Repeating your mistake doesn’t support your contention, you moron.

Instead, President Trump is most likely to prevail on the appeals of these lawless judicial edicts.
