Successful Holy Warriors - Mujahedin are ones who kill infidels(non believers) and destroy their property and society. The more killed, enslaved, converted and the more infidel property destroyed, if not looted, than the higher level/layer of reward in Paradise. Also the greater the rewards~fringe benefits, including the virgin women and young boys.

If one dies in action as a Mujahedin (martyr), then even higher is your place in Heaven-Paradise and the greater your rewards and position, prestige.

It's all for greater rewards in the afterlife for serving the will of Allah and advancing the realm of Islam.

Christianity also has a dogma of how to treat one's fellow humans, yet many to most Christians fail to follow that.
