So as of yesterday and today, that is now New Republican Mantra. There is sub-cabinet infrastructure Task Force to be created. Likely a first order of business is explaining to Republican Conservatives, the concept: "Infrastructure spending." "Task Force" easily fits in to the general concept, "Lunch," or "Let's discuss it over lunch!"
