trump has some curious views about this country's laws.

Nope. All they get is a hearing date, then out they go.

On December 15, 2022, U.S. District Judge Matthew J. Kacsmaryk prevented the Biden administration from ending the program, ruling that it should stay in place while legal challenges play out, following the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to return the case to the lower courts.[36] However, Kacsmaryk did not order the policy reinstated.[37] In February 2023, Mexico's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced it rejects any efforts to reinstate the policy for asylum-seekers.[3

Did Garcia or any of the other men he was deported with get a hearing date on the specific matter of their deportation?

Civil rights and things like that are for Americans, not sub-human foreign trash that can’t even figure out which side of the fence they belong in.

They have to be caught and deported within 15 days of entering the country illegally or be given a hearing after the fifteen days.

Bovine Scatology...!

Entering the U.S. illegally is grounds for deportation. Individuals who are caught entering the country without permission may face removal proceedings and, in some cases, expedited removal.

The Deportation Process for Illegal Entry

The deportation process for individuals who entered the U.S. illegally typically follows these steps:
 1. Notice to Appear (NTA): If you’re caught by ICE or another immigration enforcement agency, they may issue a Notice to Appear (NTA). This document starts the deportation process by formally charging you with being in the U.S. unlawfully.
 2. Immigration Court Hearings: After receiving an NTA, you’ll need to appear in immigration court in front of an immigration judge. The judge will decide whether you are eligible to remain in the U.S. or whether you should be removed. This process can involve multiple hearings and the presentation of evidence.
 3. Deportation Order: If the judge decides that you are deportable, they will issue a removal order. Once this order is issued, you can either appeal the decision or comply with the order by leaving the country.
 4. Voluntary Departure: In some cases, individuals can request voluntary departure. This allows you to leave the U.S. on your own terms, rather than being forcibly deported. Voluntary departure might be a better option because it avoids a formal deportation record, which can make it easier to return to the U.S. legally in the future.

Grounds for Removal: Why Can You Be Deported?

The most common reason for deportation is being unlawfully present in the U.S., which means you entered the country without a visa or overstayed a visa. However, there are other reasons why you could be deported, including:
 • Criminal Convictions: Certain crimes, especially aggravated felonies, can lead to removal even for those with legal immigration status.
 • Fraud: If you obtained entry into the U.S. or immigration benefits through fraud or misrepresentation, you may be deported.
 • Public Safety Concerns: Individuals who pose a threat to public safety may be targeted for deportation by ICE.

If they are here illegally there is no point to a trial to determine if they are here illegally.

Bovine Scatology...
I was off by one day, sue me.

Previously, ICE and CBP only used expedited removal against people within 100 miles of the border and within 14 days of their arrival. Now, the government has said it plans to use expedited removal anywhere in the country against any undocumented person who can’t prove they have been in the U.S. continuously for two years before the arrest. DHS has announced it intends to use this pow

And you think Wilkinson and the SC are unaware of that case?
You're quoting law...I'm quoting law.
What I find most amusing about you on the left, Berg is that the same people who had no problem at all with the Biden Administration ignoring the courts so they could flood the country with illegals...now sees it as a "Constitutional Crisis!!!" when the Trump Administration ignores activist lower court judges to get rid of the illegals that you on the left have burdened the country with!

Remain in Mexico is current US policy.

In December 2022, however, a federal judge blocked the Biden administration from ending the program.
(it didn't need to be reinstated because it was never ended)

Trump's immigration views seem to be in line with his campaign promises and an overwhelming election victory. Democrat Icon FDR is still at t the top ten of popular presidents even though he issued an illegal E.O. that authorized the incarceration and confiscation of property of American citizens during WW2.

You are citing the authority he claims he has under the AEA that was debunked by the Intel agencies who assessed the AEA can not be invoked because Mauro is not directing Tren de Aragua.

Trump Says Undocumented Immigrants Shouldn’t Get Trials Before Deportation

President Trump asserted on Tuesday that undocumented immigrants should not be entitled to trials, insisting that his administration should be able to deport them without appearing before a judge.

The remarks, which he made in the Oval Office in front of reporters, were Mr. Trump’s latest broadside against the judiciary, which he has said is inhibiting his deportation powers. Mr. Trump falsely claimed that countries like Congo and Venezuela had emptied their prisons into the United States and that he therefore needed to bypass the constitutional demands of due process to expel the immigrants quickly.

“I hope we get cooperation from the courts, because we have thousands of people that are ready to go out and you can’t have a trial for all of these people,” Mr. Trump said. “It wasn’t meant. The system wasn’t meant. And we don’t think there’s anything that says that.”

I'm not sure who the "we" is in that comment but the 5th A guarantees several fundamental rights in criminal cases. It protects against double jeopardy, self-incrimination, and ensures due process before the government can take away life, liberty, or property.

Is it surprising to see trump admit he is unfamiliar with the founding principles of justice in America? Absolutely not. But even though they are stooges, one would hope people like the AG and Solicitor General have a working knowledge of the laws governing the country. Assuming they are, why haven't they disabused Don of his ignorance? Why are they allowing the POTUS to entertain notions of ruling without regard for the law? Why does he think he should get to choose who gets a trial and who doesn't? How could you folks have elected such a man?

God Damn you are stupid
Did the "migrants" that Obama deported get due process?
DID OBAMA GIVE THEM DUE PROCESS????????
Fuck off with your GASLIGHT DOUBLE STANDARD BULLSHIT, STALINBERG!!!!!!!!
:dev3:

That was different.

WASHINGTON -- A new U.S. intelligence assessment found no coordination between Tren de Aragua and the Venezuelan government, contradicting statements that Trump administration officials have made to justify their invocation of the Alien Enemies Act and deporting Venezuelan migrants, according to U.S. officials.

The classified assessment from the National Intelligence Council, released this month, is more comprehensive and authoritative than an earlier intelligence product released Feb. 26 and reported last month by The New York Times, according to two U.S. officials familiar with the assessment. They were not authorized to address the matter publicly and spoke on condition of anonymity.

The new assessment draws input from the 18 agencies that comprise the intelligence community. It repeatedly stated that Tren de Aragua, a gang that originated in a prison in Venezuela, is not coordinated with or supported by the country's president, Nicolás Maduro, or senior officials in the Venezuelan government. While the assessment found minimal contact between some members of the gang and low-level members of the Venezuelan government, there was a consensus that there was no coordination or directive role between gang and government.

While the Justice Department argues in court that it is working to comply with judges’ orders to provide migrants with due process before deporting them, President Trump and his top advisers are increasingly making a different argument altogether: Why should we?

In their rapid, maximalist campaign to apprehend and deport as many migrants as possible as quickly as possible, Mr. Trump and top members of his administration have abandoned any pretense of being bound by the constitutional limits that have constrained presidents of both parties in the past on immigration. Instead, they are asserting that when it comes to people who entered the United States illegally, the president has unchecked power to expel them without recourse, and that he has neither the time nor the obligation to do otherwise.

“We’re getting them out, and a judge can’t say, ‘No, you have to have a trial,’” Mr. Trump said on Tuesday in the Oval Office. “The trial is going to take two years. We’re going to have a very dangerous country if we’re not allowed to do what we’re entitled to do.”

Such statements are alarming to legal experts who note that in the United States civil rights are for everyone — not just citizens.

How have you managed not to understand this fundamental principle about the country you live in?

You fucking retarded pussy has me on ignore, but I'll ask this question to you ANYWAY because it is a GLARING example of the HYPOCRISY of you and the demented LEFT.
Freaking ridiculous.

Ah yes...anonymous sources! How many times have we seen the liberal media play that game now, Berg? Why would ANYONE believe a thing that they say?

You're dumb as a rock. Due diligence is decided by ICE, not some judge outside of the immigration courts. The judiciary is stepping over the line when they try to litigate the decisions of ICE and the Executive branch. Small wonder too because many in the Federal justice system were supported by Georg Soros money. They are Marxists. Seems so are you.
