Job growth has been terrible under him - even if you just look at private hiring and ignore the federal job losses. Inflation was closer to 3.4% last quarter even though it was reported as 2.7% with the undercollection of data. He’s hast ended the wars he said he’d end on day 1.

He’s not doing very good and it is reflected in his poll numbers.

I am not saying the economy is in the shitter. That is because i am not some cult member that makes shit up to feel like a club member. The economy did well under Biden recovering from the covid debacle. It has started to show some cracks from Trump’s meddling. That is where we are.

The long term effect of tariffs, stifling immigration, and alienating allies will be felt for decades.

Trump ran under the economy being bad and he’d fix it. He’s made it worse. His cult members will overlook it but swing voters wont. That is why everyone is bracing for a midterm wipeout.
