Some trolls claimed a Kennedy Center musician had "TDS" ... the copycat term modeled on Bush Derangement Syndrome, Obama Derangement Syndrome, and the rest ...when he canceled his performance over the illegal renaming of the "Kennedy Center" to the "Trump Center".

It went the other way. The one writing the check is the patient of Trump Devotion Syndrome: the Kennedy Center itself, which sued the musician for breach of contract ... and lost. The judge threw the case out on two grounds, not one: there was no signed contract, and the suit was a vindictive attempt to punish him for speaking out. Both. Now the Center owes him his legal fees.

So it turns out "TDS" is expensive after all ... just not for the people they were mocking.

Judge Tosses Kennedy Center’s Lawsuit Against Musician Who Canceled Concert - AOL
Takoma Park jazz musician Charles “Chuck” Redd can finally cast off the “bah, humbug” spirit that has dodged him ever since he canceled his annual Christmas Eve Jazz Jam at the Kennedy Center’s Millennium Stage. On Friday afternoon, a District of Columbia Superior Court judge not only tossed out...

Wow. You sure are "conservative"!

"Conservative from Georgia" should be sued for false advertising.

I've mentioned elsewhere that I recently saw a documentary about a pseudo-Mormon cult whose leader is in prison for pedophilia.

They STILL follow him, they STILL worship him. Following him is their entire identity and sense of self worth.

This stuff can only fade away slowly and on its own. Their minds won't be changed from the outside.

Unfortunately....like everything else...it won’t matter until it hits their house and then there will still be those who say, “no way”.

Its fun to see right wing MAGA-lite senators suddenly finding their backbone after being primaried by the blob. Its all fun and games when the disdain is aimed at others but when it they are the victim...it’s time to for clarity.

Unfortunately, we’re going to suffer through massive amounts of gun violence right up until an influential person on the right wing is a victim of it. Then you’ll see some change...sort of.

You’re right about a gradual regression to the mean. Its a contest of sorts to see what sort of damage is done during that regression and if it can be repaired.

One has to support abusing the system to be a Conservative? I would think the opposite.
Abusing the system like Feeding our Chirren fraud which is appearing more and more to have been a nationwide epidemic.

And I support life in prison for anyone convicted of abusing these systems.........

I wonder what a conservative, from, oh, let’s say 'Georgia', would think of this story?

So, you're threatening gun violence to get laws changed? I think that's called terrorism....

It was Thomas Jefferson that first (not really first but notably) stated that.
