Throughout the campaign, Trump has become notorious for personal insults, and his connections with the National Enquirer trace back years. Nevertheless the magazine would likely not publish the story -- and risk a tremendous lawsuit -- without some evidence, unless Trump also promised to "pay their legal fees."
