I'm also aware of some ops that have taken place. They've all been run by the CIA and un reported... That still doesn't change the fact that sending troops into Mexico would be an act of war. That is unless Some Narco-Cartel leader decides he wants to attack people on the border.
But we do know that Mexican Narco Cartel gangs are growing marijuana in California.
