In a huge healthcare outfit in 2005-ish only one head had to roll, the rest fell in line. People want to keep their jobs. The pocketbook wins every time.

On the other hand, I worked for a movie company that got bought out by a set top box manufacturer. The execs were used to the Hollywood thing living high on the hog, free lunches every day and etc, but the set top business is much too competitive for that, and the execs refused to get on board with a little belt tightening, so the new owners just axed the whole division. (Rather than trying to rebuild it, which would have taken years).

We can assume at this point that the bribery money in Venezuela has run out. So we'll have to see if Trump can make this look attractive and maybe grease the path a little.
