You can't appeal a dismissal without prejudice. The only thing the prosecution can do is to refile the charges and that's only if Cannon didn't dismiss the charges with prejudice. If she did dismiss with prejudice, it's over; the charges can't be refiled.

yep, to ensure the rule of law was followed in FL.

Garland and Xiden were in such a rush to get Trump, they ignored the law.

They used the same special counsel rules as all the other previous special counsel appointments, which had been litigated in two other circuit courts, one judge being a Trump appointed judge, as being legit.... they rejected judge cannons opinion. She's saying the other previous circuit court decisions on special counsels are wrong....

So it will be appealed, but unless it is expedited by the upper courts, this will take a long time and not be adjudicated prior to election and then if President, Trump can unethically dismiss the appeal.....
