NARA securely moved these records to temporary facilities that NARA leased from the General Services Administration (GSA)

They did, but after 16 months of stonewalling the NARA, then 2 more months of stonewalling the NARA AND the FBI, the "courtesy" period had long expired.
Other Presidents turned over their records at the end of their term. FPOTUS #45 didn't. Why do you keep ignoring this difference?
He's even on video (interviews, rallies, etc.) telling the world the Presidential Records are his personal property which directly contradicts what the actual law says. The lack of getting Presidential Records isn't on the NARA, it's on the man that took them and thought they were his.
(And this isn't even talking about illegal actions with classified documents, that is a whole different discussion.)

This has been pointed out to you before. There was a non-profit organization to create the Obama Presidential Library. The Obama Administration turned over their documents to the NARA and the NARA created a storage facility near where the planned library was. (Which as in/near Chicago.)
There was not and is not (that I'm aware of) any non-profit that is actively working to create a Trump Presidential Library and if they have they have not selected a site. Therefore the NARA has the documents that were were turned over to them in an approved NARA storage facility. Under the PRA of 1978 FPOTUS #45 (or his designee) can have access to his records there. It's not the NARA's fault that #45 FPOTUS hasn't done anything to establish a Trump Presidential Library.
If such an organization were to exist AND they purchase the land, the NARA will treat them the same as the Obama Library and move the items to a storage facility there.
(Why do you keep asking the same bad question over and over again? Do you think reality changes just because you re-ask?)

There is no Trump Presidential Library in the works. Therefore the documents that were turned over are being stored by the NARA. Where that facility is? I don't know, I'd assume somewhere near D.C. like northern Virginia or Maryland. You could ask the NARA.
#45 FPOTUS (or his designee) has access to those documents under the PRA of 1978 the same way that Obama does.

That's a lie. They afforded Trump the same opportunity to turn over his records as they did for Obama.
