Trump's lawyer, who's also been indicted, foolishly put his scheme in writing. Now it's evidence against him. And Trump was recorded scheming with him to get fake electors in Pence's hands to flip the election he lost. Trump's only prayer of avoiding this is winning the election so he can install an AG who will dismiss the charges against him.

A Republican senator in the North Carolina legislature has issued a public plea for people to stop spreading conspiracy theories about the disaster recovery efforts in areas ravaged by flooding from Hurricane Helene.

In a Thursday afternoon Facebook post, state Sen. Kevin Corbin, who represents the state’s westernmost area, asked his followers for a favor: “Will you all help STOP this conspiracy theory junk that is floating all over Facebook and the internet about the floods in WNC.”​

Contrary to it, all 7 swing states sent certificates of ascertainment to Washington with Biden electors which were legally certified by the state, certifying Biden won their respective state and included the state seal. Whereas the fake electors were not certified by their state, lied that Trump was declared the winner by their state, did not include their state seal.

That's why prosecutors got their first conviction of a fake elector. And in all likelihood, she will get a deal for Bing the first to sing on the rest.
