The media is outraged that Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is calling for supporters to act as election observers out of concerns attempts will be made to ‘rig’ the November presidential election.

Oh, it's also a problem that it's illegal for the RNC to send out observers with intent to suppress the minority vote. A court order affects them, due to their past bad behavior. Election observers are fine, but they have to be carefully trained to not interfere with the election. I don't think a mob of random yahoos will have that training. It's more likely they'll try to bring guns.

It cracks me up how politicians use this like a dog whistle for the fact-challenged tinfoil hat crowd. Election fraud is virtually non-existent, as has been proven time and time again, the latest by a large scale republican funded study after the 2012 election.

The man calls for his cult members to beat up anyone who threatens to throw tomatoes. Then he tells his cult members that he wishes for the old days when his detractors would be carried out on a stretcher.

Then he asked Russia to conduct espionage on his political opponent. It Only stands to reason that he would ask for vigilantes at polling places.
