I’m relaying witness accounts from people who were there, via the article I linked.

I’m not sure what the agreement was, but I’m sure the rally organizers logistics person, hired the bus company and I’m sure they would have been involved with how it would all work.

But you are right, we also need to the side of the bus company to be known. They probably could clear up a lot of it
