With that said, Trump was not at all a party to the Federal case involving Littlejohn. The Federal Court never sent Trump directly anything......why would they?

He was given actual notice by the IRS, in 2024, and filed his lawsuit there after

If an employee of Johnson and Johnson gets charged with and convicted of putting poison in their product....and someone gets that product, gets sick, is he suppose to have knowledge of the criminal case? no. Is he barred from suing if he didn't find out until Johnson and Johnson told him after the trial? that's just silly.

This settlement earmarked some specifically for weaponization victims, and set up a more oversight and indepence from the DOJ. The Dems of course object to that, because they hope to again be in power and continue to weaponize their office and never allow recourse for their vicitms,
