Did you even watch Mueller testify? He didn't appear to even know what his own investigation consisted of! It was pretty obvious by the time he was done as a witness that he wasn't the person running the Mueller investigation and had little idea what they had been looking into. It isn't so much that Mueller was lying...it was that he wasn't in the know.
